1. Services Offered

Frasier Collective is a full-service creative agency dedicated to providing bespoke design and marketing solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom Gifting

2. Retainer Agreements

We offer flexible retainer agreements tailored to your specific design needs. Retainers can be structured on a weekly or monthly basis and provide access to our design expertise without the costs associated with hiring a full-time employee.

  • Contract Duration: All retainer agreements are subject to a minimum contract period of six months.
  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may terminate the contract within the first six months by paying the full amount of the remaining contract. After six months, a one-month retainer fee will be applicable as a cancellation fee.

3. One-Time Projects

Our one-time project offerings are structured in tiers:

  • Gentle Pour: Basic branding solutions.
  • Growing Storm: Intermediate branding packages.
  • The Monsoon: Comprehensive branding and design services.

Each package will detail the specific deliverables and timelines agreed upon with the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all necessary information and materials required for the completion of services.
  • Timely feedback and approvals to ensure project timelines are adhered to.

5. Payments

Retainer Fees: Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance and are due on the first day of each month.

One-Time Projects: A deposit of 50% is required upfront for all one-time projects, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Additional Costs: Any additional services requested outside the agreed package will be billed at the rates specified in the retainer agreement or project proposal.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs and materials created during the course of the project remain the intellectual property of Frasier Collective until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients will receive the rights to use the designs as specified in the agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Any information shared with us will be kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

8. Limitations of Liability

Frasier Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the damage.

9. Changes to Terms

Frasier Collective reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
